What kind of customization can you provide?

(1)We can provide OEM/ODM .For OEM, you just have to provide us a sample or the detailed drawings,we can make out 100% same product as the sample.For ODM, you have to tell us your thought or request, we will design and make it out as your request. (2)The package and customized box is acceptable.

What kind of warranty will i have?

(1) Warranty: 12 months,Some lights with 18 months. (2) During warranty period, new replacements will be sent together with next order after we get approved from after sales department. PS: Your high-definition pictures or video of the failure will be needed while processing warranty issues. If big quantities are defect, then customer have to return the products back to our factory, we will pay for the shipping fee,we will test it to check what is the problem and let it not happen again.
