As a director unit of China Formwork & Scaffolding Association, Shaanxi Shoulv Formwork Technology Co., Ltd. was registered and established on January 30, 2018. It is China's first overall solution provider for tie-rod sheet system aluminum alloy formwork and high-strength alloy formwork. The company owns 10 invention patents, more than 50 utility model patents and 6 appearance patents in the field of construction formwork. In 2018, it was recognized as a key investment attraction enterprise by Hanzhong City; in 2019, it was identified as a provincial key enterprise by the People's Government of Shaanxi Province; in 2020, it was rated as a "High-Tech Enterprise" by Shaanxi Province, and established the "Shaanxi Provincial Enterprise Technology R&D Center" recognized by Shaanxi Provincial Department of Science and Technology, and awarded the "Special Grade Formwork Enterprise Qualification" by China Formwork & Scaffolding Association. Shaanxi Shoulv Formwork Technology Co., Ltd. has pioneered the development of high-strength alloy formwork in China, which is a full-steel and full-system formwork product. The company independently produces full-system high-strength alloy formwork, high-strength steel back corrugated, steel supports, and all product accessories.

The steel plate raw material of high-strength alloy formwork undergoes special process treatment. The equipment used is jointly developed by Shoulv Formwork and equipment manufacturers, which improves the yield strength, tensile strength, elongation and toughness of the steel plate, reduces the thickness of the product, achieves product lightweight, and can well meet the requirements of on-site actual measurement when applied to construction formwork products, while reducing the comprehensive cost of the product.

Features of Shoulv Formwork's high-strength alloy formwork: high strength, lightweight, easy to assemble and disassemble, good appearance of walls after formwork removal, few bubbles, better than the standards of actual measurement, and lower investment cost, only 40% of that of aluminum formwork.

The weight of the standard plate of high-strength alloy formwork is 24 kg/㎡, which is basically the same as that of aluminum formwork per square meter. The on-site operation process is the same as that of aluminum formwork, and they can be mixed for use. The formwork system, reinforcement system and support system are fully compatible with aluminum formwork. After concrete pouring and formwork removal, the forming effect is good, the appearance is excellent, there are few bubbles, and it fully meets the data requirements of actual measurement.
